it will be the third time, but this time as part of a government sponsored training course with drugs and patches supplied etc.
anyone else given up and got any helpfull advise?.

it was pretty nice, haven't seen this person in a few years.
we talked a bit about the bad stuff, but it was pretty healing for us to have an old friend to talk to honestly about all of our feeling about the jws.
i've just been reading the threads about bill, pandelos, etc, and i can't help but feel great about you guys.. i met neablis, and he was awesome.
I just thinks it's wonderful to have all of the windows on this Big House thrown open again, and all of the doors unlocked.
and doesn't all that fresh air smell good!!!

A dear friend at work lost her husband this week so its been pritty sad around my house. He was only 55yrs old. In fact the memorial service is this evening.

hi everyone.while i have lurked on this board for some time this is my very first post.
the main reason for my reluctance to post has been the fact that my job keeps me pretty busy - however i have enjoyed the board so much i felt i would love to be a more tangible presence and have decided to take the plunge.
i will give more details of my background later.
Had some interesting experiences including meeting Ray Franz shortly before he was ousted from the GB and worked with Ewart Chitty when he visited our cong.This was shortly after he was removed from the GB.An interesting story there for later!

I've thought about you alot lately. I've seen you start several threads and sure wanted to ask you if you were smoke free but didn't want to embarass you if you had that monkey back on your back.
I am sooo proud of you !!!
You really are over the worst of it. It does get easier as time goes by and you have found that out. But don't let your guard down.....mine is still up even after all the time thats gone by since I quit.

for those who wrote sharon roe (sister of janet and robert bryant) a few months back and sent your love and support i have a message from sharon.
i just got off the phone with her and she wanted me to pass on her love and thanks to all of you for taking the time to send your messages.
the notes you wrote lifted her spirits and she is now beginning to understand that she is not alone.

i sincerely believe that the "net thang" will continue to play a role in helping jw who are sincerely searching for a confirmation that all their doubts and wondering over the years was not the result of them being spiritually weak.

3. Eyelash curlers.My husband told me a story about how when he was a little guy [6or7yrs old] he saw his Mom's eyelash curler in the bathroom, picked it up, and tried to figuer out what the heck it was. Then one day he saw her using it. He, being curious, tried to curl his own eyelashes and while he was doing it pinched some skin and of course that was painful so he jerked back and proceeded to pull out half the eyelashes of his left eye. Needless to say, he never touched it again!
